Goodbye Knee Problems

29 July 2014

I play competitive sports in the UK and Ireland, but over the past few years, I have had ongoing meniscus problems which eventually required surgery.

Upon completion, I found out that the surgery didnt go according to plan, and the problems were worse than first feared. I was going to be out of action for a considerable amount of time, missing my football teams' big game.

I was introducted to a relatively new product at the time, called the Pflexx Knee Exerciser. They had just been launched and their marketing message was 'built-in resistance to build and strengthen muscles around the knee joint' and 'high compression sleeve provides support and speeds recovery times.'  I checked out their website, had a read through their testimonials and everything sounded very encouraging. I felt that I had to give this product a go once I began my rehab. Once I was fit to bear weight on my knee, I wore the Pflexx. I could feel the built-in spring resistance working my knee muscles. I do not exaggerate when I say that within a week of starting my rehab, I was beginning to jog and after 2 and a half weeks, I was back running at full speed. I was amazed. I told anyone that I knew had knee problems, I still wear it today as a training aid when i go for a long run, knowing that the built-in resistance is strengthing my knees.

I just had to share with you my experience of this product, which brought me back to competitive sports weeks ahead of schedule, and i was able to compete in my teams big game.  Have a look at this product, at It may just be your miracle worker too!
